Chattre Subba case: 'End litigation'

The district session judge, Jalpaiguri, Mr Subhas Chandra Chattapadhaya, today instructed the public prosecutor and defence counsel in the Chattre Subba case to finish the litigation against Mr Subba and others as early as possible as all of them have been in jail custody for the past 9 years.
