Miscreant torched Jacob Khaling’s vehicle

A shocking incident has baffled once again in Sikkim where some unknown miscreants set fire on Jacob Khaling’s Scorpio Vehicle during the midnight on 22 March. As usual the vehicle was kept in front lawn of his residency at Chumbung Village, taking advantage of darkness unknown miscreant blazed the standing vehicle. The culprit used a lump of cotton soaked in a petrol to trigger devastating crime, the culprit tried to push the cotton inside the front wheel so that engine may catch a fire immediately, said Khaling. He also said that violent blast could have taken place if his family members would not have heard an automatic short circuit alarming sound of vehicle.

The gushing fire was put off after throwing water repeatedly , thanks to god the fire did not reach the petrol tank otherwise there could be a huge calamity, said Khaling. Police reached the spot and assured to nab the culprit with all legal effort.

Khaling blames to ruling SDF government for triggering violent attacks on him. Terming the incident as barbaric act of humanity he said that Chamling’s Jorethang speech reflects a truth here. Having made such a embarrassing attacks will not demolish the strength of youth in Sikkim, today it is simply a few lacs rupees worth vehicle which was burnt for which he has no regrets said Khaling. He (Khaling) expressed that such irrational barbaric attack is a routine work of SDF government which Chief Minister has already admitted in his speech and even four persons who died last year in a vehicle accident is still a big conspiracy, he said. Youth are the pillars of tomorrow; youth will dig into obscene works of government and face off before the people how it is functioning. The people will not stop raising a concern simply by putting a fear factor in their mindset with such attacks, corrupted practice of government will come to end one day for which youth shall gear up for the movement in the state. Khaling also doubted that SDF government is trying with all energy to destroy him.
