Darjeeling, March 6: The Gorkha Janmukti Morcha is expecting that the BJP will decide tomorrow whether to field a candidate in Darjeeling and promise Gorkhaland in the election manifesto.
A central committee member of the Morcha today said the BJP was likely to take the decision on the Darjeeling seat after L.K. Advani and S.S. Ahluwalia returned from Calcutta tomorrow.
Senior Morcha office-bearers are now camping in New Delhi and parleying with BJP leaders on the issue. MORE...
