GANGTOK, Jan. 27: The Governor of Sikkim, Mr Balmiki Singh, conveyed special greetings to the Army on Republic Day. Addressing gathering on the the Republic Day celebrations he said: "Democracy is taking roots with a blend of traditional and modern values and development in Sikkim.”
