In the third day of his whirlwind tour of West Sikkim, Chief Minister Pawan Chamling today dedicated the Sherpa Cultural Bhavan at Okarey under Daramdin constituency constructed at a cost of Rs. 1.25 crore to Sikkimese people. While inaugurating the Sherpa Cultural Bhavan, the Chief Minister said that the institution does not belong to the State government but is a platform for the people for meaningful activities. “The bhavan does not belong to the State government from today.
